LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement covers your (the LICENSEE's) use of a SINGLE 
COPY of the Software, which includes library (".lib, .dll, .xll"), 
workbook (".xls"), executable (".exe"), header (".h"), sample
application (".c"), and documentation files, collectively referred 
to herein as "the Software."

This copy of the Software may either be used by a single person who
uses the Software personally on one computer, or installed on a 
single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but 
not both.  This is not a concurrent use or site license.  Contact 
Inductive Solutions, Inc. at info@inductive.com for information 
regarding multiple computer licenses, network licenses or site 
licenses. 
 
By using the Software, Licensee implicitly agrees: 
 
A. This is not free software.  

If this is an evaluation version: Subject to the terms below, you
are licensed by Inductive Solutions, Inc. to use The Software
for a period of 60 days (the "Student Evaluation Version").  There may be a 
fee for this license.

If you use the Software after the 60 day evaluation period a full 
license registration fee is required.  

Unregistered use of the Software after the 60-day evaluation 
period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
 
B. Title and copyright to the Software remain with Inductive 
Solutions Inc. and Licensee agrees to preserve the same. 
 
C. Licensee acknowledges that the Software is being supplied "as is".

Inductive Solutions Inc. shall not be held liable for any liability 
nor for  any direct, indirect or consequential damages with respect 
to any claim by Licensee or any third party with respect to this 
Agreement or any use of the Software. 
 
D. Licensee may NOT TRANSFER OR COPY the Software or header files 
or any derivative work based on the Software to third parties.

information regarding multiple computer licenses, network 
licenses or site licenses. 
 
E. Licensee agrees to abide by all applicable laws of the United 
States, including, but not limited to, copyright and export control 
laws. 
 
F. Inductive Solutions Inc. has the right to terminate this license   
by written notice upon Licensee's breach of, or non-compliance with 
any of its terms. Licensee may be held legally responsible for any 
copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by licensee's 
failure to abide by the terms of this license. If you do not agree 
to any of the terms of this License, then do not install or use this 
copy of the Software.
